Distributed vendor admin/training

In order to distribute admin load and produce sustainable work culture by vendors, assign vendors either mentor or mentor-affiliate status. Mentors accrue commissions on their mentor-affiliates’ sales. Vendors are statutorily either affiliate or mentor status. Mentors are a regional point of contact for knowledge sharing and training. Once a mentor affiliate has grossed a certain number of positive feedback from customer and vendor community, they become eligible to be listed as mentor. Vendors are free to always switch mentor affiliation, upon first reaching a minimum sales target. Switches need approval by admin.
