Kinda. Here’s a good way to tackle this one:
1.) Use the Cheque or COD payment method from WooCommerce that it comes with by default. Set that gateway to mark orders as “Processing” so that commission is totaled up.
2.) Add a custom field to the Vendors Shop Settings page (see Knowlegebase article) and allow the vendor to enter a quick payment instruction message. (Such as “Thanks for buying from me, please send paypal to firstname.lastname@example.org or a bank wire to 12345, 67890”).
3.) Modify the email receipt, and the gateway thank you page, to show the vendors payment instructions in the emails and on the thank you for ordering page.
