That would certainly require some work to get it to look like that, but lucky for us all, the add/edit product form is a template. Tell your developer to WCVendors.com > KnowledgeBase > WC Vendors Setup Guide, and at the bottom goes over all the templates, how to tweak/copy them, and what each one does. The one the developer will want is called /dashboard/product-edit.php and from there you can totally change/add/remove every single thing you can imagine.
