Ok thanks. I didn’t want to add BuddyPress because it seems like it’s got a lot we don’t need (and I don’t want extra complication), but if any of the other blacklisting plugins would be fine then I’ll just pick one of those and try that. We occasionally get problematic customers it would be nice to block, so it’s something I need to add anyway.
The person emailed the 2 vendors using the same email address, giving 2 different reasons why they wanted a refund – I’d say their IQ is pretty low 😉
