Would you please share your WooCommerce System Status? (wp-admin > woocommerce > system Status)
Are you using the latest version of WC Vendors Pro (1.4.3), updated version of the theme, and also an updated version of Stripe Commissions & Gateway Plugin(v1.0.5)?
