I logged in as admin; checked your settings, reset the vendor & pending vendor roles, saved your permalinks. Settings now look good.
I made a test vendor- listed a product (test). I then purchased the product as admin.
The vendor can view the order and product in the dashboard.
From my testing- all looks well now.
Am I missing anything?
IMHO your theme is a bit wonky..
