OK- I deleted the old activation here on our end. Try again to activate.
If you are unable to do so, I may need to generate a new key for you, and I would also need an admin login & password (in a private reply) so I can make sure we can get it activated on your site.
If you have not updated to a version greater than Pro v1.3.8 (newest is v1.4.3), then you will need to update before I can generate a new key.
You can manually update, or, when you give me your credentials, I can manually update for you (whichever you prefer).
To manually update Pro:
1. back up your site (optional safe measure)
2. download the latest Pro version from your account here: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/downloads/
3. deactivate & then delete your current WC Vendors Pro (info/settings are stored in your database….)
5. Immediately upload the new Pro version zip you downloaded from my-account.
6. Activate! ?
