If you switch to the Storefront theme do the calendars show up?
I don’t currently have Bookings installed on a OneSocial theme, so I am not sure if that’s the issue here.
The calendars are showing up on my dev site using the Storefront theme. When a customer views a Bookings product, they can see the calendars.
