    Hello,
    We currently do not have any weight based calculations available for vendor shipping. the WooCommerce shipping or plugins designed for WooCommerce shipping will not be able to calculate for vendors properly, because they are designed to be set by the site admin and calculate based upon a single one cart basis- not per product like the commissions for the vendors.

    Can I know whether WC Vendors can integrate with any of the table rate shipping plugins out there? e.g.WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping plugin but it’s expensive for this.

    The current shipping price calculation for WC vendors Pro does not take weight into consideration.

    I find WC Marketplace is the only one that can integrate fully with a woocommerce table rate shipping plugin.
    Please look at the following thread and you will understand what i actually wanted.
    https://wc-marketplace.com/support-forum/topic/wc-marketplace-vs-wc-vendors/

    DOes WC Vendors plugin do that?

    Hello,
    Jamie just confirmed that with Vendor Shipping, only the admin settings will apply– however, he has asked that I create an issue so he can look into this.

    Hello,
    I am checking on this again, as I am unsure if the shipping tax is able to be overridden, so I have reached out to our lead developer to get an answer. If it should be possible, and there is a bug, I will open and issue to this can be investigated and fixed.

    @johnnyd65 Hello,
    Ok- let’s start fresh, shall we? I will be glad to answer your questions so that you can understand the vendor shipping more clearly.

    1) Will vendors be able to set their shipping, as they see fit, for stores exclusive of any settings that may have already been set (or should my cousin, as admin/site owner, set NOTHING and activate Vendor Shipping only)? She does want this to be the case, all stores/shops independent of one another, and the main site, setting everything as they see fit within certain guidelines, of course!

    Yes. The purpose of the Vendor Shipping module in WC Vendors Pro is to allow the vendors to set up their own rates, as also to receive the shipping funds collected with their commission for that product order. Short answer- yes, she should set the Vendor Shipping as a standalone, and configure the default settings for Vendor Shipping (this is so that something is collected if a vendor leaves the shipping settings blank int heir dashboard), and then NOT enable any of the regular WooCommerce shipping methods.

    2) Besides the Vendor Shipping tag, which is accessible either through WC Vendors Pro or directly through WooCommerce, should any of the other tabs (Shipping Zones, Shipping Options, Shipping Classes) be filled out/utilized if Vendor Shipping is checked off as Standalone?

    No- you should not use any of the WooCommerce shipping settings & tabs, with the exception of free shipping. However that free shipping will ALWAYS allow a customer to choose free shipping- so it is best left disabled.

    3) If using Vendor Shipping, do vendors have the option to provide free shipping for orders over $XX (a certain amount), and if it doesn’t qualify then flat rate, per item, etc. will kick-in at that time?

    Yes! 🙂 There is that option in Vendor Shipping. IF the free shipping threshold(s) is not met, then the other shipping settings configured by the vendor will apply.

    4) Should ANYTHING be set under Product shipping tab (see attached images), or does this need to be blank?

    This is an option for the vendor. This allows the vendor to change the shipping rates or rules (override the defaults) for a particular product, if needed. For instance, if it is a particularly heavy product, and the shipping cost needs to be greater than the default shipping rate that the vendor has set in their pro dashboard > settings > shipping. this absolutely does not NEED to be filled out at all. It is just there for the vendor to have the option to override the default shipping rates set for a product if they wish. If the fields are left blank, the default shipping rate that the vendor has set in the shipping settings will apply.

    5) Any thoughts on why we’d see just one vendor having the Calculate Shipping option (see attached image)?

    This could be due to:
    1. the woocommerce shipping rates that are showing/enabled or
    2. (more likely) The vendor that does not have the calculate shipping does not have his/her store shipping address fields filled in, so it is not able to calculate. Please test these options and let me know if the issue persists.

    6) Will doing what you recommended above for Test123, along with replies to questions 1-3 above, only show a single option (shippings cost, free shipping if order exceeded minimum, etc.) that we’re looking for?

    Yes- I believe so. If not, let me know and we can see if either there is a setting that is not correct, or if something is not being understood. the customer should only see the vendor shipping rate– for national or international, and “free” if the threshold for “free” has been reached.

    Hi Anna @fervous,

    I finally managed to finish the testing (with the “charge only once…” hidden using the code you gave us). As I said in my previous message, the issue still persists. Please find a detailed report below:

    Issue 1 (what I did step by step)
    a. hided the charge only once option using your code
    b. double-checked the user profile in wp-admin and the charge only once…” option was *unticked*
    c. double-checked  the “charge only once…” option in Wp-admin/ Woocommerce/Settings/Delivery/Vendor Shipping and it was *unticked*
    d. login as a vendor (the profile you’ve created) and edit the delivery settings in dashboard/settings/delivery as follows:
    -default national delivery fee: £3.50 (I entered a value here as you suggested),
    -minimum shipping charged per order = 0 (I tried with 0 and also no value added),
    -maximum shipping charged per order = £5,
    -free shipping order = £15
    -saved the settings
    ***This vendor has two different products in his shop: A=£10 and B=£5
    e. checked again the vendor profile in wp-admin/users and the “charge only once…”option is ticked (before saving the settings from the vendor dashboard it wasn’t).
    f. added 1 x A product (£10) into the basket; the delivery is £3.50
    g. added 10 x A product (£100) into the basket; the delivery is still £3.50 (but it should be free as it’s over the free shipping order threshold of £15 the vendor setup previously in frontend)
    ***It looks like the system charges only once when you have only one product into the basket regardless the total value of the basket***
    h. added 1 x B product to the basket (alongside A); the delivery is going up to £5 (the value added for “maximum shipping charged per order”), BUT it supposed to be free because the total value is over the free shipping threshold of £15)

    CONCLUSIONS (when the charge only once option is hidden in frontend):
    A. the maximum shipping charged per order is working in a correct way
    B. the free shipping order is NOT working
    C. the “charge only once…” is working when more than one A product is added to the basket
    D. When adding a product B into the basket the delivery fee is equal with the maximum shipping charged per order (£5 instead of 2 x £3.5 which makes sense because the “maximum shipping charged per order” is working fine)
    IMPORTANT NOTE:
    In your previous message you asked me if I want the options “CHARGE ONLY ONCE…” completely hidden from Frontend. The short answer is “YES” I WOULD LIKE TO HIDE THESE OPTIONS (NOT TO REMOVE THEM)
    Am I understanding correctly, or you’ve done your testing for issue 1 WITHOUT the “charge only once…” option hidden. Is that correct?
    The only difference between the code we used before and the one you gave us is that your code is also forcing the value to be “no”, but the new code is acting in the same way.

    Let me give you a few more scenarios I did and I can’t explain the logic behind:

    scenario 2
    -default national delivery fee: £3.50 (same as before),
    -minimum shipping charged per order = 0 (same as before)
    -maximum shipping charged per order = £6 (previously £5)
    -free shipping order = £14 (previously £15)
    MAXIMUM PRODUCT CHARGE = 2 (no value added previously)
    FREE SHIPPING PRODUCT = 20 (no value added previously)
     *Add 10 X PRODUCT A into the basket (total value = £100)
    -the shipping fee is £2 (but it should be free as the free shipping product or free shipping order should override the “minimum product charge” option. ******AM I UNDERSTANDING CORRECTLY??
    -add 1 x product B to basket 9total value is now £105) and the free delivery!!!! VERY ODD…
    -reduce the basket to 1 x A and 1X B (TOTAL VALUE IS £15) and the system calculates free delivery!! Very odd!!!
    AS YOU CAN SEE, BY REDUCIG THE “FREE SHIPPING ORDER” AND INCREASING THE “MAXIMUM SHIPPING ORDER” BY £1 AND ADDING FIGURES FOR “MAXIMUM SHIPPING PRODUCT” AND “FREE SHIPPING PRODUCT” THE SYSTEM IS ACTING DIFFERENTLY (IN A CORRECT WAY, APPART OF THE SHIPPING FEE OF £2 WHEN ORDERING 10 X PRODUCT A)

    Conclusions and Questions:
    AA. free shipping order overrides free shipping product, but free shipping product is not working when only one product into basket
    Question: In theory, is the free shipping order overriding the free shipping product? If both settings have values entered, which one is picked by the system?

    -If “maximum product charge” and “free shipping product” are left blank(with no values), the “FREE SHIPPING ORDER” is not working with ONLY ONE PRODUCT in the basket (charges the default national shipping fee of 3.50) even if the value of the basket is over the “free shipping order” threshold. When adding another product from the same vendor in the basket the shipping is free.
    Conclusion: When having ONLY ONE PRODUCT in the basket, the system charges the “free shipping product” value entered in this tab or the “default national delivery fee”
    ****Question: When no values are provided for “maximum product charge” and “free shipping product”, does the system consider the “free shipping order” threshold? In theory…an order is an order regardless of how many products or how many types of product you have in your basket. AM I WRONG?

    -When the value for “maximum product charge” is higher than “default national shipping fee”, the system charges the default national shipping fee (because the option “charge ONLY ONCE…” is ticked in backend. ***IS THIS HOW IT SUPPOSED TO BE?
    CONCLUSION: WHEN ONLY ONE TYPE OF PRODUCT (EVEN IF MORE OF THE SAME ITEM ARE PURCHASED) IN THE BASKET, THE TOTAL VALUE OF THE BASKET DOESN’T CONSIDER ANY OF THE FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLDS

    -WHEN NO VALUES ARE ADDED FOR MAX SHIPPING ORDER OR FREE SHIPPING ORDER, WHEN ADDING A PRODUCT (OR MORE OF THE SAME) INTO THE BASKET IT CHARGES THE DEFAULT NATIONAL SHIPPING FEE (3.5). WHEN ADDING ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THE SAME VENDOR, IT CHARGES TWICE OF THE NATIONAL DEFAULT FEE (£7) EVEN IF THE MAX PRODUCT CHARGE” IS SET TO 4.5.
    Conclusion: The “maximum product charge ” IS NOT WORKING when no values are provided in the MAX SHIPPING ORDER OR FREE SHIPPING ORDER tabs.

    I could’ve continued with this testing, but I got tired to be honest. It took me more than a week to test in order to send you a very accurate report. I just want to make this work and also to make you guys aware of all these issues in order to make this plugin the best out there. This is a fantastic product (that’s why I renewed my license today :)) and it has to get better with our help (your users/customers and your dev team). I know it’s a lot and I appreciate it will take you a bit to replicate all these scenarios, but if you can come back to me with a timeframe (by when I should expect a reply) would be great.

    Thanks
    Stefan
    P.S: Please don’t forget: Everything I did was with the “charge only once…” option HIDDEN
    P.P.S: I can send you a few print screens with a some of the scenarios I tested (just to sustain my report)

    Sorry for asking questions on a PAID plugin?!? So, lets’s do this: just one question, are you able to answer this to at least, maybe help us avoid deleting something that I would guess was time consuming that we might still actually need, even with your plugin?

    * Besides the Vendor Shipping tag, which is accessible either through WC Vendors Pro or directly through WooCommerce, should any of the other tabs (Shipping Zones, Shipping Options, Shipping Classes) be filled out/utilized if Vendor Shipping is checked off as Standalone, thus allowing vendors to setup their individual shipping as they need?

    Good morning, @fervous! First off, let me apologize if any of this is redundant or answered elsewhere, I did search but wasn’t able to find a suitable forum post that answered all of the questions I had, or that provided conclusive facts to the issues seen!

    I’m helping my cousin setup a marketplace and we’re having the same issue, but before we make any changes by deleting shipping zones, shipping classes, etc. (not seeing the option to disable those) just a couple quick questions, please & thank you!

    3) If using Vendor Shipping, do vendors have the option to provide free shipping for orders over $XX (a certain amount), and if it doesn’t qualify then flat rate, per item, etc. will kick-in at that time?

    4) Should ANYTHING be set under Product shipping tab (see attached images), or does this need to be blank?

    5) Any thoughts on why we’d see just one vendor having the Calculate Shipping option (see attached image)?

    6) Will doing what you recommended above for Test123, along with replies to questions 1-3 above, only show a single option (shippings cost, free shipping if order exceeded minimum, etc.) that we’re looking for?

    Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide; this has been a bit confusing and my guess is that it’s because we’d already set up so much PRIOR to adding WC Vendors, and now it’s difficult to understand exactly what’s needed, and what we DON’T need since installing your plugin!

    1.) WooCommerce sets tax rates. It is based off their settings.

    2.) Not sure, actually! If there is a limitation you find, let us know. WE wont be messing with coupons again at all, until WooCommerce 3.2.0 (which isnt far away) since they are heavily upgrading their coupons system as noted in the most recent WooCommerce blog (which you should subscribe to!)

    3.) WC Vendors Pro includes the shipping stuff. Similar to WooCommerce, how Woo has thigns you can enable/disable like coupons, you can enable/disable things in Pro, like the shipping system if you wanted to. Some sites for some reason or another may wish to have them on or off so that’s all that’s for.

    Hello Anna,

    Do you have a date for a fix this bug?

    The taxes associated to the shipping charges calculated with this method are currently erroneous, this is a critical bug.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi,

    I have almost the same problem. But mine is a little bit worse.

    I don’t get the link (url to shipping provider) or the Tracking number in e-mail or on customers dashboard…

    This is my code in functions.php:

    function custom_shipping_providers( $providers ){
    $providers = array( ‘Shipping Providers:’ => array( // Change Your Title to something else
    ‘Å&Oring;company1’ => ‘http://www.company1/track/?shipmentid=%1$s’,
    ‘Å&Oring;company2’ => ‘http://www.company2.com/%1$s’,
    ));
    return $providers;
    }
    add_filter( ‘wcv_shipping_providers_list’, ‘custom_shipping_providers’ );

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    I finally decided to update to Woocommerce 3.XX, WC Vendors Pro 1.4.4 and WC Vendors 1.9.12

    Immediately, I noticed that Vendor Notification Emails had $0 values throughout. I thought I needed to update my modified templates – I finally did this but the results are no different. I even tried deleting all template modifications in my theme’s directory – no luck.

    $0 Values also show in the Vendor Dashboard when the Vendor Views Details of a particular Order.

    Interestingly though, The correct total value shows on the Orders Overview Page in the Vendor Dashboard.

    Everything is also ok in the admin dashboard.

    Yes – Commissions are set. The screenshot gives an example of a Vendor with commissions set to 100%

    This occurs for all vendors however regardless of the commission – 70%, 90%, 100%

    Hi,

    I have been reading through different threads on the Pro forum and want to get some clarification on the features the Pro version offers and those features that still need to be implemented.

    1. Sales Tax
    How does WC Vendors Pro handle sales tax in regards to multiple products from different vendors in the Cart / Checkout page. Or put another way if our main website is in California and our vendors are spread across the world do ‘Buyers’ have to only Pay the sales tax of ‘California’ does that cover all basis for the business / website and our vendors. If it is more complicated then this what can we do to support all the different aspects of Sales Tax and having vendors from across the world joining our site?

    2. Coupons
    If one vendor has set a limit amount on the usage of a coupon to say $100 will this limitation be placed on all products in the Shopping Cart even if there are products from different vendors in the Cart?

    3. Shipping
    I keep seeing this Shipping Module option mentioned in regards to Shipping in the Pro version. But, the way it is worded sometimes seems like this might be a separate purchase item but I don’t see a place to purchase or download this Shipping module. If it is apart of the Pro version how do you turn it on and what additional features does this offer us compared to the Free Version of WC Vendors.

    Thanks

    Is it possible or are any way to add the location of the store in the mail sending to the customer, when you choose to “collect it in store” as shipping?

    Hi Anna,

    Thanks for your reply. Can you please check below code? looks like I have fixed myself. So not sure that is correct code or not. I filled Vendor billing and shipping data under user profile and it seems like working fine. Please check below code and see my Order summary screenshot.

    add_action( 'woocommerce_add_order_item_meta', 'bwd_add_vendor_to_order_item_meta', 10, 2);
    function bwd_add_vendor_to_order_item_meta( $item_id, $cart_item) {
    		$vendor_id = $cart_item[ 'data' ]->post->post_author;
    		// build up address
    		$address1 			= get_user_meta( $vendor_id , 'billing_address_1', true );
    		$address2 			= get_user_meta( $vendor_id , 'billing_address_2', true );
    		$city	 			= get_user_meta( $vendor_id , 'billing_city', true );
    		$store_postcode		        = get_user_meta( $vendor_id , 'billing_postcode', true );
                    $state		                = get_user_meta( $vendor_id , 'billing_state', true );
    		$address 			= ( $address1 != '') ? $address1 .', ' . $city .', ' . $state.', '. $store_postcode :'';

    	wc_add_order_item_meta( $item_id, apply_filters('wcvendors_sold_by_in_email', __('Address', 'wcvendors')), $address);
    }
    add_action( 'woocommerce_add_order_item_meta', 'email_add_vendor_to_order_item_meta', 10, 3);
    function email_add_vendor_to_order_item_meta( $item_id, $cart_item) {
                   $vendor_id            = $cart_item[ 'data' ]->post->post_author;
                   $email_vendor 	= get_userdata( $vendor_id )->user_email;
           wc_add_order_item_meta( $item_id, apply_filters('wcvendors_sold_by_in_email', __('Email', 'wcvendors')), $email_vendor);

    Hello,
    The code would have to be changed to use the woocommerce billing or shipping address. The way that code is written, it is out putting the WC Vendors Pro user_meta gathered with the Pro forms (address, email, etc.).
    I have tried to do this using the WooCommerce billing user_meta a few times and have not been successful. I know it can be done; but I am missing something in my code and I am not sure yet *what* I am not getting right. It likely has to do with the separation of the vendors role vs. customer role user_meta.

    I wrote the above code you were using in Pro just to help out; this is not actually a feature we include nor support in WC Vendors.
    I will try again to get the code written, but I have to take care of the other support tickets that deal with the features that are included in our plugin(s).

    I will leave the vendor to receive the tax collected, then the vendor need pay the tax to the state he self. (in both situations, the 10% is not collect from the tax amount)

    Can you help to modify this problem ASAP???

    hi. thank you for the reply. could you please make an update for that to contact custome in vendor order page under

    View Order Details
    Shipping Label
    Order Note
    Tracking Number
    contact customer

    same as in the customer order to contact vendor..

    i think this is an important and essential feature to a pro version. i use buddypress plugin also in the theme. but that contact button is not exactly related to an order. i hope this is an essential feature requirement. i hope there will be an update on that.

    Thank you

    Thanks for your quick response. Can you please kindly update the code for me? I can update Vendor documentation so then when Vendor sign they can fill the Shipping and Billing address. So if shipping address and billing address are different which address it will display in Email and Order summary page.

    Please help me.

    Hello,
    In WC Vendors free, those fields are not present to collect all of that data form the vendor.
    The WooCommerce customer shipping/billing info would need to be used.
    So for address and email you would need to instead gather the WooCommerce info (get_user_meta) if the vendor has filled out that information on their my-account page.

    Hello,
    Commission is not calculated on shipping. Commission is only calculated for the product cost.
    Taxes can either be given to the vendor, or given to the admin.
    If you leave that box un-checked, then the admin will receive the tax collected. If you check the box, the vendor will receive the tax collected.

    Hello,
    Does the vendor have their store shipping address entered?
    Are you using only vendor shipping?

    I tried to login with the admin details you provided, but it looks like that is a vendor account, as it sent me to a pro dashboard page.

    Hello There,
    I tried to post this yesterday but it seems it did not go through. I apologize for any duplication. Im having a bit of trouble with my front end Vendor Product Type tabs; General, Inventory, Shipping, Attributes, Variables etc. When any of these tabs are clicked, the page shifts up but does not progress to that tab. It does work, however, if I right click and open link in a new tab/window.

    I’m working with the Divi theme. Do you think this is just an error in communication with WC Vendors? I am working on this site by myself with little to no prior experience.

    I have searched the forums and went through the support recommendations prior to writing this message. Any help or advice you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,

    Hi,

    I got an issue with your plugin.
    Indeed, i send product from France and when i enable national shipping, it doesn’t take it, but on the contrary, the international shipping cost and functions.

    I don’t know why and how it happens but i think, it’s gonna help you to make a better solution.
    Further more, the Free product shipping isn’t working well.

    So, let’s see with screens.
    Thank you for helping me.

    Hello,
    Are you using vendor shipping?
    Do you have your settings such that vendors receive the tax collected? (wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > general : taxes)

    Hello,
    In the commission reports, if you are using Vendor Shipping, the shipping should be included in the due commissions calculation.

    Hi

    1: Can you show me How to show the shipping fee, tax amount, total order (with shipping fee + tax +product) on the admin commission page? See image for detail.

    2: Can you show me How to show the shipping fee, tax amount, total order (with shipping fee + tax +product) and subtotal commission on the vendor order page? See image for detail.

    3: Can you show me How to show the shipping fee, tax amount, total order (with shipping fee + tax +product) on the vendor new order email page? See image for detail.

    Because my website collects all funds to the admin bank account only, then we will pay by check to the vendor. So we need show those amount on those 3 spaces.

    Thank

    Franck

    Hi

    Can you show me How to collect the commission include shipping fee and tax? My website collects all the transaction funds to the admin account, so we will pay by check to each different vendor later, and we need the commission include the shipping fee and tax, not only collect the commission from the product price.

    Thank

    Franck

    Hi @fervous & co.,
    In some sections of the Vendor Dashboard (i.e. Store Description), vendors can use HTML to bold, create space between paragraphs, etc.
    In other sections, i.e. Shipping policy and Returns policy, they cannot use HTML (and a site admin cannot add HTML for them either).

    Is there a way to get HTML working for those sections that don’t have it? I can’t see a toggle anywhere in the settings… how else could we go about enabling this?

    Hi there – I have the Pro version and would like to allow vendors to sell digital products only, and disable all shipping options? Which tabs do I need to configure?
    Thank you.

    Is there a way to connect vendor shipping and USPS? I have the USPS plugin and would like to use it for shipping labels and shipment tracking.

    Hi,

    I’m using the free version of WC Vendors and I may buy the Pro version.

    Before, I’d like to know if it’s possible to display the shipping detail fees for each vendor in cart form.

    Example here :

    Product XX (vendor X) : 125$
    Shipping fees (vendor X) : 8$

    Product YY (vendor Y) : 15$
    Shipping fees (vendor Y) : free (or 0)

    Total products : 140$

    Total shipping fees : 8$

    Total : 148$

    Thanks !

    Hi, my client has decided that Dokan Vendor is a better fit for her business, due to the flexibility of different shipping prices and ease of use that Dokan provides.

    We purchased the pro version of WC Vendors, and I would like to know how to fully remove WC Vendors from our website. I have so far only disabled the plugin, but I can still see at least a bit of code still remains in the products page (I presume this is from your plugin as the name is wc_vendor) Please see screenshot.

    Please can you tell me how I can fully remove the WC Vendor software?

    Thanks

    I have this function inside my theme functions.php

    add_filter( ‘wcv_commission_rate’, ‘my_wcv_commission_rate’, 10, 4 );
    function my_wcv_commission_rate( $commission, $product_id, $product_price, $order ) {
    // echo $product_id;exit;
    $product_cost_price_array = get_post_meta( $product_id, ‘cost_price’ );
    $product_cost_price = $product_cost_price_array[0];
    $commission_rate = WCV_Commission::get_commission_rate( $product_id ); //get product specific rate
    $commission = $product_cost_price * ( $commission_rate / 100 ); //compute commission
    $commission = round( $commission, 2 ) – $per_item_addition; //round and remove per item fee.
    if ( $commission < 0 ) $commission = 0; //set to 0 if less than 0
    return $commission;
    }

    I want to include Vendor shipping fee in my commission calculation so it becomes:

    $commission = ($product_cost_price + $shipping_fee) * ( $commission_rate / 100 ); //compute commission

    How can I get the vendor shipping fee (National and International) via code.
    Can someone give me a hint please?

    Hello,
    Our test gateway is meant for testing. It is ONLY for testing. Transactions are not actually processed at all through a payment processor. If you have this enabled, it allows you to test your set-up without actually charging, and without using any particular payment processor. The transactions are just run through the system- not actually charging any card or payment method at all. It is for testing that the system, up to but excluding the payment processor, is working properly (commissions, shipping calculations, etc.).

    Hello,
    If you proceed t checkout and complete the test transaction, does it still not calculate the taxes for shipping?
    If so..
    Are you using only vendor shipping?
    What payment processor are you using?

    Hello,

    Tax status in vendor shipping is set to taxable still the tax is not calculated on shipping charge.

    Please see attached photos.

    Also if this option is not meant to charge tax on shipping charge. kindly direct me to correct option.

    Hello,
    For this combination:

    By the way I plan to do my market place with WP + WooCommerce + WC Vendor + Buddy Press.

    You may wish to look into the BuddyBoss theme and plugin Social Marketplace: https://www.buddyboss.com/product/social-marketplace/

    With WC Vendors Pro, we have a vendor shipping module built-in so that vendors can choose their rates. There are limitation, though…. We have a national flat rate and international flat rate option; and also the country rate option. We would not have the option in Pro for West Coast, East Coast and then International. You could choose a national and and international rate, and also they could be overridden on a per product basis.

    OK- I think I am finally on the same page with you, and have a done a ton of testing.

    ISSUE 1:
    Ok- I think I finally see the root issue with the “charge only once” .
    If the vendor shipping is left blank so that it uses the default admin set rate, then only the admin settings will apply for the shipping.
    So, I have set $5 for the national rate in admin vendor shipping settings(default).
    The vendor does not set a rate.
    The vendor *does* set “charge only one..”.
    Admin does *not* have charge only once set.
    Result: admin rate is applied, but charge only once is not. The admin does not have charge only once set, and the shipping rate has defaulted to admin settings because vendor did not set a rate.
    If I go back and set admin “charge only once” as CHECKED, it is then applied to the blank vendor rate which has defaulted to the $5 admin rate.

    So- if the vendor does not set a shipping rate and it defaults to admin rates, then only the admin rules for the rest (charge only once, free per order, max per order, etc.) will work for the vendor. None of the other vendor settings for that location(national or international) will apply.

    Unfortunately, we have discovered bugs with the admin max, min, and free settings– they are not working properly. So those will have to be fixed for the default admin max/min/free settings to apply to the vendor rates if the vendor has not entered a value or default rate for their store. Jamie is actively working on this bug to find how to properly fix this so that the admin settings of these fields is working properly. The Charge Only Once (qty) *is* working properly in admin, though.

    Does this make sense?
    It took me a lot of testing to finally narrow down this correlation. 🙁

    Issue 2:
    Ok that is a weird one.
    I do not know why only the national option is defaulting to “ticked” in admin when it is hidden on the front end, or after shipping settings are selected or edited by a vendor.

    If I am understanding correctly, you want “CHARGE ONLY ONCE….” for national and international completely hidden from the vendor’s pro dashboard > settings > shipping…., correct?

    If so, please try this code in your child theme functions.php file. I have tested it- this seems to work properly to hide those fields from the vendor pro dashboard settings > shipping, and keep the value from showing in the admin or applying to the shipping at all. This disables and hides it, from what I can tell from my testing:
    https://gist.github.com/fervous/911250bf26f97fbd49e848f515721314

    Let me know if I have understood everything properly,and if the hidden qty/”charge only once” for the vendor dashboard solution works.

    For the admin max/min/free settings, Jamie is working on that and I will check in again soon to see what the progress is with that. I know he has run into some problems with trying to apply some fixes and he is working on the right solution.

    Hello,
    1. Yes- customers can purchase products from many vendor sin one cart; one transaction.
    2. If you use WC Vendors Pro, we have a vendor shipping module that splits the shipping cost per product per vendor, so that each vendor is able to choose their shipping rates and also receive shipping funds with their commission. If you only use WC Vendors free, then shipping will be charged according to admin settings only, unless you use the plugin WooCommerce Per Product Shipping so that vendors can receive shipping funds for each product.

    Vendors are notified separately of their purchased items in an order. So, a customer could buy products from three different vendors in a cart order– and each of the three vendors is notified of their products ordered. The commission for each vendor is calculated for their products as well. The customer just makes one payment at checkout.
