Hello,
Is it possible for “Vendor” To add Product Brand?
Similar to Categories when you focus or click on the field, it will expand category list.

There are some plugins for WooCommerce out there that allow you to add a product brand for a product You would have to do some integration to bring the “brands” to the product add/edit front end form for the vendors, so that they could also use the feature. (the fields/drop-down would need to be added to the product-edit.php template)
I have not actually used a brand plugin so I cannot say for sure how this would need do be done to accomplish what you are looking to do.
