NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi!
    I had to reset my site, but when I started to set all over again, the add product button niether the save draft button are not working for the vendors. In setting, the new users are set as vendors. What am I missing? What can I do?

    Are you running WC Vendors 1.9.11, WC Vendors Pro 1.4.3 and WooCommerce 3.0.5?
    Would you please share your WooCommerce System Status in a reply? (wp admin > WooCommerce > System Status)
    Without a little more info, I am afraid I cannot help much.

    We did have a bug with these buttons that should be fixed in WC Vendors Pro v1.4.3… if it is the same issue. So please first make sure you have updated to that version of Pro.
