NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hello Ben,

    When I click on “Add Coupon” in the Pro Dashboard, I get the error message:

    “Oops! That page can’t be found.”

    Ben, I am sorry for bothering you.

    I have used the “Search Forums” box, and I did not found a similar issue like mine that has been raised or answered earlier.
    My issue is that I cannot open the “Add Coupon” page in the Pro Dashboard.

    Yes, Coupons are enabled in WooCommece.

    In Woocommerce –> Settings –> Checkout, the following check boxes are checked:

    Enable the use of coupons
    Calculate coupon discounts sequentially

    Works perfectly. I disabled 57 plugins. YES, FIFTY SEVEN PLUGINS. I left WC Vendors, WC Vendors Pro, and WooCommerce activated. Everything works fine. Your website is so overloaded with bloat I’m surprised it even works.

    Next time you have an issue, you will have to follow these steps prior to asking for support:

    I figured you tried all of that, because you’ve asked a hundred questions here already, but apparently not. When you run 57 plugins that you don’t need, you’ll run into issues bigtime. Re-think how you are doing your site is the best advice I can offer.

    Thanks so much, Ben. You are quite correct.
    I will troubleshoot the plugin conflict to fish out the culprit.

    I will also discuss with my client to divide the website into at least 2 different websites, so as to reduce the number of plugins and reduce the number of conflicts.

    Hello Be.

    I have resolved the issue. It was caused by the setting of one of the parameters of the plugin.
    The parameter set to disable canonical redirect. When I set the parameter to enable canonical redirect, I was now able to add coupons.
