    Hi Luke,

Go to your account on https://wcvendors.com/myaccount and hit delete in My API Keys section. You will be able to reactivate it then by re-entering required info in your WP dashboard.

    Hi Luke,

When you go to the Pro Dashboard, and then click “Products” the Add Product button should be under the menu at the top. Could you provide that screenshot so we know what you’re seeing?

Check if the Pro Dashboard page is set, under wp-admin > WooCommerce > WC Vendors > Pro, if it is not, create the page and add the shortcode, then set the page on the Pro tab and save settings.

Also, I did read the documentation, I tried to copy the templates to the theme I am using via my host login.

I don’t know if the new pages and settings are supposed to be there automatically or if Im supposed to copy them, what do I do with the php files on my server once copied , like how do I merge these with my current site ?

I tried to follow set up as mentioned in the guide. sorry for all questions

    Hi Luke,

The website you linked for the login did not load. It goes to some other domain blackb…….com and has a redirect loop making it impossible to login.

As for the templates, you do not need to copy the templates fro Pro to your theme folder. This is only done if you need to edit the templates manually and add/remove things to them.

Hi, for some reason since activating and copying the folder (and since restroing)
I have no access to my admin as something is wrong. my server blue host have been checking this now for past hour with no avail. it just keeps loading then saying error.

also the pages for the pro version did not appear. when logged in test mode takes me to wordpress admin when I click the pro dashboard icon.

    regards

If you think WC Vendors or WC Vendors Pro is causing a problem on your website, you can simply delete the plugin folders then re-upload them (Free first, activate, and then Pro second, then activate Pro).

Let me know more of what’s going on and we can help a lot better, the more details you provide (and screenshots for bonus points!) the better faster support can be.

yes I did that, so it must not be an error with the wc vendors.
will reply as soon as get into the website.

    thanks

    Hi Luke,

To be polite, your website is an absolute disaster. 🙂 You’ve got JigoShop installed, Easy Digital Downloads installed, and about 30 other plugins you dont even use installed.

You’ve got 4 vendor dashboard pages. You dont have a My Account page.

I’d *strongly* recommend just wiping the site, installing your theme, install WooCommerce, then WC Vendors Free, then WC Vendors Pro and starting over. You will find your experience to be MUCH better. 🙂 Since you dont have any active sales, customers, or products, do it now while you still can! 🙂

1.) I re-created your My Account page, and told WooCommerce where it was.

2.) Your Pro Dashboard is on yourdomain.com/dashboard/ Don’t go to the OLD Vendor Dashboard page. You dont use that page anymore.

3.) I went to yourdomain.com/dashboard/ added a test product, and verified everything works. Your theme messes with the layout a little, so I’d strongly recommend picking a new theme. The one you are using now is pretty terrible.

    Cheers

yes my site was reinstalled and all the plugins I didn’t use got restored ending up with loads of them and pages to each of the themes I messed with leaving me with loads of crap lol.

I actually did what you said about clearing everything and starting again and everything works..

changed a theme too and dashboard looked good but the add file button did not work (looks as if the page to small to display the plugin correctly)
so I changed it to another theme it all works but dashboard looks basic so would like to find a way to just fix the “upload file” error if possible

    thanks for your help

    Good deal.

I tweaked the page layout of the Vendor Dashboard so that it uses the full width of the screen rather than those cramped sidebars in it.

I then added a test product called “Test WCV Upload” and uploaded a test product.

    Looks good to go!

    Have fun.

    Thanks Ben.

I have everything working. Only thing I am missing is the log in / register links for customers.

Also please can you confirm me of the short code to use to show :

    all vendors:
    all categories

I think that’s verything. thanks for help will be leaving a good review

    Hi Luke,

It looks like you went overboard when you cleaned up your pages. You had a Cart, a Checkout, and a My Account page, but there were no Shortcodes in them so that the pages actually worked. I restored the WooCommerce shortcode to the WooCommerce pages, and now your cart, checkout, and my account pages actually work.

Pages require shortcodes to “do” something, and then to be set in WooCommerce (or WC Vendors) to actually work. No shortcode = blank page with your theme layout and no content in the page. No page = broken site entirely.

    Have fun.

    Ben
