NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

If you are a WC Vendors Pro customer please open a support ticket here.

If you are a WC Vendors user please open a support ticket on the Wordpress.org forums.

I currently have City and Zip Code set as attributes on my product pages. When a vendor logs in and wants to add a product, these boxes appear and you get to choose from a list of cities/zips. What about when a customer wants to add a new city/zip? Can I put an option in there for them to just type their city/zip in there?

In a nutshell, they can’t. Attributes and Variations arent supported till v1.2.0 when we fully code support for them.

Do you happen to know when that will be available? Also, how about bookings support? Last time I checked with you it was going to be around 60 days away. Are we getting close?

Likely both at the same time, mid January 2016 when WooCommerce 2.5 is released.
