Hi,
I’m using Visual Composer plugin as my editor.
How can I enable it in the vendor area such as in add new product(product description)
& shop setting area? Currently the Visual Composer can’t be use by the vendor.

As far as I know, this can not be done. At least not with the plugin as its written. You would have to find a way to program that functionality in yourself.
I’m guessing here, but if the Visual Composer plugin is only active for a certain role, say the Administrator, you could ask the Visual Composer developers how to allow other roles, like “Vendor” to have the capability of using the plugin, too. Again, just a guess.
