Let me preface this with I am new to WordPress and the world of website development. On my WordPress dashboard, under the products tab, I have a “Colors” tab. I don’t think this is normally there. However, I would like it to create another one similar to have users select a size when they enter a product. I just can’t figure out how to create this type of attribute. There is a screenshot attached.

The “colors” tab is coming form somewhere else- not us or WooCommerce. I think your theme has some kind of color plugin that they use and specially code into the theme.
To add attributes, you go , as admin, to wp admin > products > attributes.
Add the attribute (i.e. SIZE).
Then to the far right, next to the attribute, you’ll have the option to add attribute terms (i.e. Small, Medium Large).Your vendors will then be able to use this attribute and the terms when listing a product.
