NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    After updating to latest WooCommerce an WCVendors pro, now all shipping is being sent to my account, not the vendors. I just updated, didn’t change anything and it was working correctly before the update.

    The store shipping country is not saved in users. I don’t know if this might be the reason.
    Had a problem a few month ago where I chose Puerto Rico from the drop-down yet it wasn’t saved and you guys fixed it, so I’m not sure if now with the update that got changed and has anything to do with the shipping issue.

    Hello,
    I’ve reported a similar issue, and it will be looked into very soon.
    I wanted to bring this to your attention:

    Overrides: rehub/wc-vendors/dashboard/store-settings.php version 1.3.7 is out of date. The core version is 1.4.0

    Please ensure that you have updated your theme, and if you already have, let your theme author know that this template needs to be updated.

    Thanks for the response. I have the latest update of the theme. As a “quick fix” I tried renaming the store-settings.php to store-settings.other so that it will ignore this one and use the one from the plugin. However that didn’t work. I still get the shipping.

    BTW – I can see the shipping is applied correctly on checkout. The problem is when it gets to PayPal, there it gives me the whole shipping charges.

    Hello,
    I believe this issue has been resolved and we will have a fix in the next release/update- we’ll be releasing that very soon.
