    Hello,
    What happens when you click on the link(s) to upload the banner or the icon image? It should pop-up the media gallery and upload option for the vendor. Does nothing happen when you click the link añadir icono de tienda ?

    Hi thanks for responding, when you click on any of the links absolutely nothing happens, I also highlighted in red in the status bar of the web browser the link of both buttons has the destination url # symbol. in this case is bazarmai.com/dashboard/setting/#

    Hello,
    The URL is ok.. it is supposed to have the /# at the end.
    If you would please follow our standard debugging / troubleshooting guise and see if trying any of these steps will help either resolve the issue, or at least help identify what may be causing it.

    Certainly try switching your theme to STOREFRONT by WooCommerce, and also deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro and see if the links still do not work on the dashboard settings branding.

    Please also reply with your WooCommerce System Status..(wp admin > WooCOmmerce > System Status) that helps us see what you are running and how you have your pages set up.

    Let me know ..

    Thank you-
    Have you tried any of the debugging / troubleshooting steps yet? Please start with these steps, so we can try to narrow down the issue you are having. This is most likely a theme or plugin conflict; could also be an SSL issue. Please try these steps:

    On a separate note, you will want to fix this… make sure you have a page set for your WooCommerce /my-account/ page with the appropriate shortcode:

    Página no contiene el código corto: [woocommerce_my_account]

    Well, here we are unfortunately here, I tried all of the above step by step: https://www.wcvendors.com/help/topic/read-before-requesting-support/
    And I have noticed that if I select the theme TM Molly I bought (100% compatible with woocommerce) banner and logo customization do not work, but if I select the Storefront theme everything works fine. I contacted TM Molly theme support and they refused to help me on the grounds that the Theme is not compatible with the WC Vendors Plugin and that I ask you to solve the problem 🙁 “I am displeased with this People because of their lack of I have recommended woocommerce and WC to my client and if you can recommend me a theme fully compatible with woo and wc, I will thank you for it I have posted a small report that shows the problem in case it helps. I can also provide the access data (by private) to access as a seller or administrator if they need to help me.

    I am so sorry to hear that the theme author cannot recommend to you a few steps that may help with this issue. 🙁 I am guessing it is a script conflict that makes it so that the front-end image upload will not work for your vendors. It is too bad they will not help at all.

    The theme appears to be WooCommerce compatible, yes. Most themes that are WooCommerce compatible do work with WC Vendors Pro, but if there are special overrides there can occasionally be conflicts.

    Unfortunately I do not know what it is that is conflicting or causing an issue, otherwise I would try to help. I am not familiar with that theme at all.

    What are the needs that you have for a theme? Usually keeping things as simple as possible helps- in that there is less that can conflict.
    However, one pretty theme (it has a lot of various options… ) that I have worked with quite a bit myself is KLEO by SeventhQueen. They have good support as well. It is a heavy theme with a lot of options- but, thankfully, they do allow you to turn off many of those modules in the theme options if you will not be using them. https://themeforest.net/item/kleo-pro-community-focused-multipurpose-buddypress-theme/6776630

    Again, sorry to hear you are having this issue, and I would help more if I could- but I simply do not know the coding of that theme and what is causing the conflict.

    tl;dr — Your theme author is a bloody idiot. You should get your money back and fire them at your first convenience. 🙂 If their theme was 100% WooCommerce compatible, it would work 100% with WC Vendors. We ONLY hook into WooCommerce and WordPress features, so compatibility is pretty simple.

    PS — It’s your themes javascript. If you inspect the page with the /# you’ll see the javascript errors, and even the file in your theme that is causing the error.

    Dear Ben I have sent your comments to the authors of the template and I have requested the ftp access data to the website to work on it. Thank you for your guidance.
    In case the solution is feasible, I take it to consult you it would be possible that the sellers can select the attribute of COLOR by clicking in a palette of colors and not selecting a list of text like this at the moment?

    @BelkCar
    Colors would be attributes you create, and there are plugins that do the color swatches to show for the customers shopping on the site.
    I do not know of a solution for the vendors/sellers to select color swatches from the product form, either in the back-end or in our WC Vendors Pro front-end forms.

    This would certainly require custom coding to build a special form that would show color swatches based upon the color that you have defined as attribute terms.

    Hello Anna and Ben, I show you the answer I received from the author of the template and as I solved the problem for now, my question to you is: do I have any way to make sure that I do not have to load more things in the file functions.php In future compatibility errors between the template and wc-vendors? How can I claim the authors of the template that this is guaranteed to me in the future?

    Their response was:
    Hi Federico Diaz,
    The problem has been solved. Please check your website again.
    I’ve added some PHP code in the functions.php file of the child theme. Your site is working fine now. Please check it again.

    So was the file functions.php before

    <?php
    function tm_molly_child_enqueue_scripts() {
    wp_register_style( ‘tm-molly-child-style’, get_stylesheet_directory_uri() . ‘/style.css’ );
    wp_enqueue_style( ‘tm-molly-child-style’ );
    }
    add_action( ‘wp_enqueue_scripts’, ‘tm_molly_child_enqueue_scripts’, 11);

    and now is it is so:

    <?php

    function tm_molly_child_enqueue_scripts() {
    wp_register_style( ‘tm-molly-child-style’, get_stylesheet_directory_uri() . ‘/style.css’ );
    wp_enqueue_style( ‘tm-molly-child-style’ );
    $general_settings_params = array( ‘date_format’ => apply_filters( ‘wcv-datepicker-dateformat’, get_option( ‘date_format’ ) ), );
    if ( class_exists( ‘WCVendors_Pro’ ) ) {
    $current_page_id = get_the_ID();
    $dashboard_page_id = WCVendors_Pro::get_option( ‘dashboard_page_id’ );
    $view_dashboard = apply_filters( ‘wcv_view_dashboard’, $current_page_id == $dashboard_page_id ? true : false );
    if ( $view_dashboard ) {
    if ( is_user_logged_in() ) {
    wp_register_script( ‘wcv-frontend-general-custom’, plugins_url() . ‘/wc-vendors-pro/public/assets/js/general.min.js’ );
    wp_localize_script( ‘wcv-frontend-general-custom’, ‘wcv_frontend_general’, $general_settings_params );
    wp_enqueue_script( ‘wcv-frontend-general-custom’ );
    }
    }
    }
    }
    add_action( ‘wp_enqueue_scripts’, ‘tm_molly_child_enqueue_scripts’, 11 );

    Please do not leave me until I get these idiots to do their job well. THANK YOU VERY MUCH
