NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Are you able to charge for membership instead of commission for wcvendors pro? I searched and see it asked a couple times a year or two ago and not sure if it was ever implemented. I see you can charge standard fee but is that standard commission fee or standard membership level fee?

    We do not have anything like this built-in to WC Vendors at this time.
    Howeverm it can be done.
    If you do not wish to charge commissions, you can set the commission rate to 100
    Then you can implement a system using paid memberships pro, and assign the vendor role to a member once they have paid for their membership.
    when I wrote the code in the forum post below, I chose paid memberships pro because it was one of the few plugins for memberships that did not change the role of the user; rather they add levels for the users, So I could still sue the vendor role, and assign the vendor role to the level of the user after they paid.
    WooCommerce Groups + Groups is another method.. search the forums here for that solution.
