NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hey support, closed auctions are not showing in the vendors order tab. The vendor and the purchaser are also not getting email notifications so all and all something really isn’t working here can you please help? auctions should be finished but on the backend it shows who won the auction but still says item is in stock and it hasnt moved it to orders so I have no idea whats going on.

    Long and short client bid and won 3 auctions and paid for them. Auctions have closed but winner and vendor did not get any emails and the 3 auctions he has won is not showing under orders in woocommerce they still show in products with winning bid amount next to it and 1 in stock.

    Ok- thank you for letting me now.
    I will look and see if we need to update our Simple auctions integration- it would not surprise me if it is in need of some updates after the big woocommerce update to v3++

    Hey guys we can not use our site while this is not working can you please advise when we may see this issue resolved our clients are starting to get pissy with us now. Please advise

    Hello Brendon,
    I will see if I can get an idea as to when we will be working on the Simple Auctions Integration.
    I also need to do some testing with a current version on the Simple Auction plugin to see if I can replicate this issue.

    Hi Anna, thanks just following up to see if you have heard back regarding this if we have no time frame soon we may have to rebuild with Dokan as our site is unusable while this is an issue and certainly costing us in revenue so its starting to become a matter of priority for us now as its been almost a month already and as much as I appreciate your team is working hard on everyones issues we need to resolve our issue to continue operating.

    Please advise asap.

    please update on this issues : –

    After there is a bid placed on the auction all the values except the post description should be non editable. This is a basic law of auction followed in every country. However auctions in WC vendors are editable after bids are placed. This is illegal and can put the put the auction host in jail or other legal problems. This can become untraceable when the website will have lot of members and lot of auctions going on.
