    I am looking to do the following if possible.

    Have vendors set up shop.

    When they sell goods they get 100% of their sale price through paypal.

    At the end of the month I put together an invoice for a set shop fee (eg $10) and commission on sales (10%).

    Is there an easy way to set this up?

    @scifind ,
    To have the vendors receive 100% of payment, use PayPal Adaptive payments, set your payments to instant : wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > payments
    And set your commissions to: 100

    As for the invoicing and billing- we do not have anything set-up to assist with that, since our format is based upon taking commissions from each sale.
    You would need to work out a method using another plugin or billing system to bill the vendors for 10% and a monthly shop fee.

    My recommendation? Instead of billing later, Use a configuration like this: https://www.wcvendors.com/help/topic/paid-membership-solution/ with Paid Memberships Pro to assign the vendor role only after a monthly payment is made. Also, set your commissions to 90% so your vendors pay you 10% each time a sale is made.

    However, if you need to bill later, then you will need to work that out, as we do not typically work with this style of payment flow for the marketplace made with WC Vendors, it is doable, though. 🙂

    Thank you.

    I thought this would be the way forward.

    I have run a test sale using paypal sandbox, the one thing I don’t like about the live payment back to me is that it shows on the paypal order. A bit worried this might confuse my shoppers AND also show my vendors where there might be different commission rates.

    I am looking at Payments pro. Seems interesting….

    Yes, that is a drawback to paypal adaptive instant payments. PayPal chooses to show the commissions split.
    You may wish to check out Stripe and our Stripe commissions & Gateway plugin.

    I do not know what the Payments Pro is..

    Would like to do Stripe, but would be a problem convincing my vendors to switch from Paypal
