NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    In the vendors Dashboard there is now a bug showing up… I do not know what to do…


    Could I please see your WooCommerce System Status?
    wp admin > woocommerce > system Status


    That is about 15% of what I had requested so that I can further assist you. Please private reply with your entire WooCommerce System Status.
    Also make sure your theme is up to date; that theme does all kinds of overrides and thing with our templates, so I am not sure if it has all been updated after the WooCommerce 3.0 changes and our changes in our recent update WC Vendors Pro v 1.4.1


    Hard to do a screenshot of the whole system status. So i made a screencast video for you, where you can see the whole system status…
    So what to do know? I can tell everything to my technican. He changed only a few templates like adding extra payment in the vendor dashboard, after logging in the vendors get redirected to the pro dashboard, and an extra page in the vendor dashboard.

    I want to have finally my site live, but im afraid that this will happen again soon after an update. Would be not so good on a running business..

    Did you or your tech delete test orders?
    That may also cause that type or error. If you want to get rid of testing orders, you can purge them from the commissions db table. In the future, if you wish to remove test orders, mark them as cancelled or refunded.

    Please also speak with your theme author to see if the theme has all been updated for our new templates.
