    Hi Anne,
I just finished installing the WC Vendors Pro and I must say it is quite impressive. However, I am experiencing some problems that gravely affect the functionality of the plug in itself. I will list this bugs below. I have attached screenshots as well. I have the Storefront theme and I know these problems are not caused by a plug in because these problems were present before I installed any other plug ins. I am using Chrome browser.
Here is a list of the strange behavior:

1- Order confirmation and booking confirmation are different. The order number is always 1 number head of booking number. This makes it extremely confusing to manage and keep track for both user and vendor. They receive an email saying that a booking number 1003 is requesting confirmation, they confirm and then receive an order notification when is paid saying your order number 1004 has been received though Xplatform. Furthermore, order and booking tab reflect the same confusing information making them look like different requests. Impossible to keep track mentally. It should be the same.

2- Calendar view is doing some very strange things. At first did not show any paid bookings, at times it shows a few, like by the day but not by the hour. and after booking something else, it may delete from view something that it was showing before. For one particular user “Marina” it shows bookings she made as a customer and does not show her paid bookings as a vendor at all. Note: I created 3 kinds of bookable products for the two test users. Marina and Robert, so you will see By day rental- Marina store, by day rental- Robert store to facilitate keeping track of what is showing because the booking numbers are different from the orders. This makes it easier to check right away what is showing or not showing in the vendor view for calendar. (Screenshots attached) You will see the user name on top right of the browser.

3- Since the calendar functionality is not clear cut, and the order number is different than the booking, it creates a very poor customer experience for both vendor and clients. I can’t go live like this.if at least orders and bookings where the same number I could tell clients that calendar functionality is being worked on, or that it is a browser issue…

3- When clicking on booking from calendar view, it takes both users and vendors to the booking confirmation page. In cases where another vendor is seeing bookings he/she made as a customer, this person can access the other vendor’s booking confirmation page from his/her own calendar view. This page should be only accessible to the vendor who created the product, not the customer who happens to have a calendar view because he/she also has a store on the site.

4- booking confirmation page is not updated after booking is confirmed and paid. I tested it as both, user and vendor. Accessed as a customer the booking confirmation page from another vendor and it shows pending confirmation. If the vendor himself clicks on the link from the email received it still shows as pending confirmation even though the client paid for it and it was already confirmed. Making it very confusing to manage especially if it is not showing as upcoming on the calendar. If as a vendor I am not sure which order was which booking, it is not showing on my calendar and I click on email I received to confirm, and still shows as pending confirmation, I would think that this person is not coming for her appointment, even though the customer already paid for the order…. I reconfirmed the booking from this page but did not check if it resends confirmation email to the customer. If it does, it makes it even more confusing for the customer who thinks her/his booking was already paid for.

Looking forward to hearing your response.

My apologies, I realized that I attached other bugs that were unrelated to this thread and were already solved.
I am re-attaching the correct screen shots with a better explanation and link to the actual bugs listed in this thread.

    Hello,
Thank you very much for the detailed and thorough explanation of what you are seeing with the Bookings.
Please allow me some time to test and look through each of these points, and I will reply with my findings and if we have some issues to work on.
I will be testing with ONLY WooCommerce, WooCommerce Bookings, WC Vendors Bookings integration, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro active on my testing site.

Thank you for your prompt response. Just wanted to reiterate that I am using the storefront theme. Is that the same one you will be testing on?
As a side note, after I wrote the previous post I played with the calendar filter view. I noticed that the bookings get messed up as well when using the filter. i.e. Robert’s store was initially showing bookings made by his customers, after selecting filter bookings by a specific product, all bookings were gone from the calendar view. After returning to full view, the calendar was displaying the bookings the user made as a customer.

I look forward to discussing the results of your testing.

    Regards,

    Marina

Hi @FERVOUS, I wanted to follow up on the Pro Calendar display issue and see if you had made any progress in possibly isolating the cause of the bug?
I look forward to hearing from you!
    Marina S.
