NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi I tried looking for the answers to most of these and could not find them, i apologize in advance if i missed them.

    I am building a Multi Vendor marketplace in a 3rd world country in Central America I cannot code but i am a little computer savvy. I intend on getting help in the future but currently viability is more important so i hope i can get by with out being a coder.

    1. I wanted to know if this supports Custom Order statuses and if I can limit my vendors from Fulfilling the orders themselves. I am in a small country and I want to fulfill everything myself the same way amazon fulfills for certain cities. Basically Once something is purchased on my store i will send a driver to pick up the order from the vendor/s then bring back to my office then package and RE-Send my driver out again to deliver once the order has been completed. (if its only 1 item my driver doesn’t need to come back to my office to pack he can deliver straight to the customer) because of this I need to be able to set CUSTOM order statuses and a page

    2. I need this to be in Spanish which i know you support but can i have multiple running languages at a time, and have my users decide what language they want?

    3. Can i do Employee accounts similar to what Shopify does and give only certain access?

    1. We do not have any custom orders statuses built in, no.
    We just use the same order statuses as are standard with WooCommerce, and the admin can change the order status. if you do not need the vendor to be changing the order status, then you should be able to, as admin, use any additional statuses that are provided by a plugin or using another method.

    2. The customers can use a language switcher, yes. The vendors can for many pages- expect our WC Vendors Pro Dashboard page does not display well if a language switcher is used on that page, and it can interfere with the structure of the page- especially if it changed the url, as some language switchers do.
    Otherwise, the site can be fully translated.

    3. Sorry I do not know what this means. There is a shop manager role in WooCommerce… that role has some permissions but not full admin access to the site. Is that what you are asking?

    On #1, you can use the hooks in WC Vendors Pro to add custom statuses in for our actions such as commission logging and things like that. So, you can do it, you just have to do it yourself by writing the filter(s). docs.wcvendors.com will be your bible.
