NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Having some real issues, bought the wc vendors pro plugin ages ago, the project stalled and when i picked it up again i couldn’t reactivate the plugin, so i was forced to buy it again! this time i installed it on a new test site for the same project, activated it but then populated the site with demo data which wiped off the pro plugin which took a while to discover! now it won’t let me activate the plugin again as i guess it thinks ive already run it on another site, even though it’s the same url??

    This experience has been a very expensive struggle compared to the many other plugins ive used and to top it off there is absolutely no contact details on the website which is in itself an offence!

    could you please deactivate my license so i can reactivate it on this site? i am tempted to just wipe this theme and start from scratch with one that doesn’t force you to use this plugin

    Hello,
    Your new license is not showing as active on our end- it shows no activations have been made yet with this license.

    Have you updated to WC Vendors Pro 1.4.4?
    If you are still using a version that is older than 1.3.8 then you will need to update in order to activate your new license.

    We do NOT use any demo data at all– that must be coming from the theme you are using.

    I will be glad to assist you how I can to prevent you form having such a frustrating experience. I can’t help too much with your theme, but I can help with any WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro questions you may have.

    THanks, this worked when i updated the plugin, it didn’t report it needed updating though? i had to delete the old one before i could install the new?
