NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi Ben and Jamie,

    I’ve deleted the old WC Pro and downloaded and activated the new version.

    Logged in a Vendor, went to dashboard, clicked Products, clicked ‘Add product’ button and page was blank apart from ‘Add Product’ title.

    Any ideas?

    Hello,

    Have you tried to override the product-edit.php template by any chance?

    Argh – sorry yes I should have realised! Copying product-edit and saving to this did the trick:
    wp-content/themes/yourtheme/wc-vendors/dashboard/product-edit.php

    I’m guessing I will need to copy product-edit.php into here each time there is an update so I can apply filters in my functions.php to remove certain fields?:

    P.S. new layout tabs on the product edit form look fab thank you! 🙂

    Probably not each time WC Vendors Updates, no, the theme templates shouldn’t change too often. But when they do, we’ll make sure we mention in the changelog any templates that have been updated. 🙂
