NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hello,

    When im logged in as a vendor I can’t see my product that I have created.

    What could it be ?

    That box should show the latest products added to that store. Did you customize the templates at all? Is the product actually owned by that vendor? Does this only fail on one vendors dashboard, or for all of them?

    If I press the product tab. That page is showing nothing.

    Yes. The vendor owns the product. I have just made it with the vendor dashboard.

    No I have not done anything with the template at all.

    Have you approved/published the product or are products set to auto approve themselves?

    Ahh!
    I tried to deactivate the “YITH Woocommerce Badge Management Pro” plugin than it works again.

    But im so really really happy for that plugin! What could be re reson ?

    Most likely YITH is coding in an incompatibility.

    Thanks, received just fine.

    I installed and activated it, and the Pro Dashboard showed all the recent products and the products tab worked fine.

    Which of course, doesn’t help you at all. But it is indeed rather strange. Try re-activating the badge plugin again, see if it still gives you problems, and if it does, inspect the Pro Dashboard page and see if it’s spitting out any console errors.

    Yes also mine worked fine to start. but some hour later when I work on the site again, than i would not work for me :/

    Ok, that makes a lot of sense now. The YITH plugin is crapping out, which is then breaking anything after that plugin loads.

    You would have to report this to YITH to fix their broken plugin, nothing we can do will help in fixing it. And please, if they ask for a copy of Pro to test with, tell them no, you won’t give them a competitors plugin. They’d love to see our source code. 😉
