NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hello I have problem for updates

    All my plugins are up to date, but for wc vendor it does not update as it reports an error like this
    Get updates from xxx
    File not downloadable. Forbidden
    My license key: xxx

    Please let us know what the error is

    Hello,
    I have edited your post to protect your private info.
    Your license cannot be used until your payment is not on hold. when I checked on your account, your payment is currently on hold. therefore, your product cannot be updated.
