NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    After the last WordPress update, the “Cart” page gets a 404 error, but exists on the backend. Users are no longer able to checkout. Please advise

    Hello,
    OK- I went to your site and saved the permalinks– seem to be working now.
    The category sorter you have in the sidebar on product pages is taking a while to load, FYI.
    Test it now and see if it seems to be working from your perspective.

    Great! Glad this is resolved. 🙂
    Sometimes after updates the permalinks need to be reset.

    Not all of my “Stores” are being listed as well. Is this a related issue?

    That page is created by your theme (One Social/ Social Marketplace by BuddyBoss) so you will need to bring this to their attention and ask for support form BuddyBoss. We do not code that page at all, and I do not know why it is not showing all of your vendors.
