NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    I installed regenerate thumbnails plugin and 2 more plugins that are supposed to make all catalog product images uniform, and none work. Please help me make all catalog images the same size. Thank you.

    Leland @BOYCOTTMOVEMENT – looks like you are using Marketica — assuming so, what did they (Tokopress) say? I have the same issue. Thanks!

    Do the settings in WooCommerce work? Set the size and select hard crop…
    wp admin > woocommerce > settings > products > display

    Yes, hard crop is selected for all 3 image types (catalog, single and product images). Two vendors uploaded a pic each and it is nowhere near the correct size: http://www.iestand.com/shop. Let me know how to correct. Thanks!

    Sorry- that’s Marketica then- and you’ll have to discuss this with them. I am aware their support is not stellar- I have not heard back from them regarding the previous issue either.
    However, if they have modified these pages then you’ll need to ask them how to adjust this. We are here to support WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro, but we did not provide the layout for the products so I do not know how this can be altered.
