I have received complaints from several vendors that when they edit an existing product and click save, it does not save the changes. It actually doesn’t respond at all in some cases. They tried using different browsers and sometimes this works. But sometimes it does nothing and changing browsers doesn’t help. This is a huge problem. Please help!!

I have not experienced this but have not yet updated to the new version.

What version of wordpress, woocommerce, and WC vendors and vendors Pro are you both using?

Marketica is out of date- a lot of it. Do they have an update?
If not, then tell them to update. If so- then please update the theme. They override a lot of our templates, and so they MUST be current to function. If we update- they have to update if they have overridden a template of ours that we have updated.
IF you switch to the Storefront theme, do these fields save properly?
