NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    I have a few questions regarding the mobile layout.

    1) It seems as though the mobile logo is not set for retina display, so it appears fuzzy on iPhones using 2x the resolution. How do we correct this?

    2) How do we replace the icon on the left side of the mobile layout

    3) The product image does not show in the mobile cart after an update.

    4) Button alignment is off on the mobile cart.

    5) I’ve increased the font size in the theme settings but the mobile layout was unaffected. How do we increase the font size on the mobile layout globally?

    6) Why are is the software displaying so many empty items? They should probably not show if they are empty.

    7) How can we disable the “virtual” product type for the software? They will not be used and are confusing to the user.

    8) How do we increase the logo size on both the mobile and desktop versions?

    I think that’s it. Please make sure you address each numbered item to keep the communication flowing efficiently.

    Hi Chris @giantishere ,
    I hate to do this to you- but questions # 1-6 and #8 will need to be directed to BuddyBoss, the makers of your theme. I do provide support when I can for that theme, but it is their product and they would be the best ones to assist you with these modifications you need and the questions you have.

    7. You can disable virtual product type for the vendors here: wp-admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > products… scroll down to virtual and check the box.
