NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi Anna,

    I have the latest version of all of my plugins.
    I have 2 questions:
    – SHIPPING: the shipping calculator is working only smoothly with flat rate shops. But there are issues with Country Table Rate based shops. I wanted to test buy a product, my country was on the list, but at the check out page the system said my country is not on the list. Went to the vendors profile page, added my country again and marked the ‘quantity’ checkbox. Went back to but the product, and magic, it recognized my country.
    After the plugin update is there anything that the vendors with Country Table Rate shipping are supposed to do with their listings?

    -CHECK OUT: there’s an error message (attached screenshot) when I wanted to finalize my order. It does not matter if it was a flat rate or a Country Table Rate item.

    Hi there,
    I know you are very busy but please take a look at my problem!
    Since the latest WooCommerce and WC Vendors plugin updates the shop is not working properly. It is not possible to purchase the items. I am losing my customers…
    Can you please advise a solution, please see screenshots attached.

    I activated your license; try updating to v1,4,3 if WC Vendors Pro and see if this corrects the issue.
    If not, let me know and I will login again.
    I did not want to update without checking with you first.

    Is there any detailed description about the new WC Vemdor Pro version? I’ve seen the shipping update and I want to communicate it to my vendors but first I have to understand it 🙂
