NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    My client bought the Pro version and forwarded me the email she was sent with her login credentials and license key. I can’t login using the credentials she was sent though. Does she have to come here and register on the site as well?

    Hello,
    What information are you attempting to access? Where are you trying to login?
    You should be able to use WC Vendors Pro on the site and activate the license using the email she used when purchasing Pro, and the license key. Those are the only two credentials needed.

    Thanks, I’ll tell her to do that. She sent me a screen capture of the email from you guys, and that password is in it though. So I’ll get her to reset it, but it’s odd it’s not working.

    I am having the same issue, my cerdentials do not work, but I think my license is expired. Do they expire and if so does the software stop working? is it an annual renewal?
