NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Whenever I set the commission fee, the vendor receives what I should receive.

    E.g. I set commission in WC Vendors at 75%, but when I login and act as the vendor, it shows me that they received the 25% as commission (e.g. the commission I should receive). How do I fix this, so commission is correctly paid?

    Hello,
    If you are using Pro, are you setting commissions by going to wp-admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > commissions?
    You are selecting PERCENT as the global commissions type, and then entering 75 in the commissions % box?
    Is this occurring for all vendors?

    Yes I set the permissions that way and it is happening for different vendors.

    GO to : wp-admin > woocommerce > system status.. and provide us with your system status in a reply.

    Go to : GO to : wp-admin > woocommerce > system status > tools and select RESET WC VENDORS ROLES.

    Please let me know your results after testing.
