NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hello
    I have set the commission percentage to 90 but when i make a test purchase the vendor receives 100%.
    I tried putting the fee option and that worked so i don’t understand what the problem is with percentage.

    Also i need to add a field where vendors will enter their vat number and then this would be shown on email order confirmation next to the product of that vendor and on the order details tab in the dashboard. How can i achieve this?

    Also to add when inpurchase a product the vendor doesn’t receive email to notify

    I created a vendor account, listed a test product, and used the admin account to make a purchase using the WC Vendors test gateway.
    The commissions were calculated correctly at 90%.
    wp admin > woocommerce > commissions

    One thing I noticed: if you vendors login using the icon link that buddyboss has in the main menu, they are not logged in properly. They will not be able to add images, and they will be logged out.
    Have your vendors login via the woocommerce my-account page NOT the special buddyboss login. I really wish they would fix that!

    For VAT- I have no idea how you will add this as you wish. The only tax settings we use are the standard woocommerce tax settings, which bases taxes form your shop location (admin) and settings that you enter in WooCommerce.

    For the email troubles, please thoroughly go through our email debugging steps. The Postman SMTP plugin is especially helpful:

    Thanks Anna for your reply I will tey the commission again and see if it works.

    I wanted to also ask if
    1) theres another style to pick categories for a product. My site will have detailed categories and it is very complicated trying to pick and search which category is best suited. For example ebay first lets you choose the category then in another box you pick the subcategory etc.

    2) I would like to show in the order details or in the notify vendor email the commission that is charged by me. in Cyprus I am charged a vat on the service I provide. So when i charge 10 % commission it includes 19% VAT and that must be shown to the vendor as some kind of invoice. Is there a way to show this in the order details or in the email sent to Vendors?
