Debug the $0 column on your commission log first. It’s recording $0 for commissions. That’s the problem.

I know that’s what you want — but what is the commission rate set to in your settings? 100?

Ok, next test! Try with the WC Vendors Test Gateway. That’ll tell you if it’s your settings somewhere, or if its the gateway.

If it works with the WC Vendors Test Gateway, then the bad news is going to be that because you’re running outdated versions of the software, chances are your gateway cant “talk” to WC Vendors Free correctly to process the commissions. A little while ago when we did Stripe updates it also came with WC Vendors Free & Pro updates to make the commission systems talk to each other better to squash some bugs.

That’s a problem then. ๐Ÿ™‚ PRivate reply admin user/pass and your site URL and I’ll check out what’s going on. If I recall right you’re using old versions of all our software though, so there may be a limited amount of diagnostics I can do. It’s hard to work with older versions because new versions exist to fix bugs and some new versions of X require new versions of Y etc….

1.) I created a new vendor “testvendor” on your website
    2.) I created a product for $1.00
3.) I purchased it, shows commission as due for $1.00

Something seems to be messed up with the “Unbeatable HairCuts Membership” product or the user account it is associated with. My recommendation is to delete the products and the user, then re-add them entirely.

Also, I should note, your site kindof needs some loving. Pages are very confusing and you’ve got /dashboard/ with WooCommerce my account and WC Vendors Pro feedback shortcodes on one page. Took me a long time to actually *find* the Pro Dashboard on your site to do testing. There’s so many plugins doing so many different things it’s incredibly confusing. Took about the last 1h20m to just get this far and I’m a WordPress pro! ๐Ÿ™‚ Had to fix a few pages just to get things working correctly.

If you continue to experience any issues past this, I’d have to disable all 48 plugins on your website to do any more tests. This, of course, would be your job at first, as only running WC Vendors Pro, Free, and WooCommerce is how you test to find out if there’s actually any issues going on.
