NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi

    I need help, when I desactive wcvendor pro plugin, all slider of the website does not appear anymore.
    Also I cannot logout ans the reset password page redirect on 404 page. I need to use woocommerce page for to reset password.
    (I have a buddyboss theme.)

    Could you helpme soon to fix the problem?

    I am not sure I understand..
    Are you saying that when you activate WC Vendors Pro, your sliders do not work?
    Are you using the built-in slider from BuddyBoss or something else? I see you have a bunch of Rev slider plugins..
    Also, make sure you are using the WooCommerce my-account page for login and it should work fine. The BuddyBoss special fancy login is unreliable for proper https login and does not always work as it should.

    So if I cannot desable wc vendor pro. (Actualy I use both so that’s nothing if there is only that problem)

    But there are also thoses problem, so maybe there’re a relation with wcvendor pro plugin:
    1; I cannot logout
    2; the reset password don’t work

    I use woocommerce and I don’t use a built-in slider of Buddyboss…

    I turn around that problem since 2 weeks,but I don’t found solution. Sorry if you don’t understand what I mean I don’t speak english…

    How can I do?
    I saw already with Buddyboss support, but they say that’s that’s not the problem with the theme.

    We do not control the login and logout- that is either wordpress, woocommerce or buddypress- depending on which login and logout you are using.
