NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hey Ben,
    I have added keys and have applied all keys in the Stripe settings, after that I tried to search this problem on google but not getting enough help as google shows links of forums of this site only.

    Well, after login as vendor, I am not being able to connect to stripe through the button.
    Actually that is not a button any more in the dashboard, please help me with this.

    That’s odd, you should see the button for that there. Try switching to the “Storefront” theme and test.

    I have not been able to link a vendor account to stripe either.

    I am finally getting sales and looking to link some of our sub accounts to stripe and When I click it, it prompts login, which I do then it bounces back to “my account” page and then I go to vendor page and it still says not linked.

    Please advise

    PS i am running sotrefront.

    Having this same problem. Goes through the process then bounces back to My Account page and the Stripe section still says not connected.

    Just to add to this (I’m assuming it’s the same issue as the OP so not opening another post). I have now double checked all my settings and they seem fine. When I look at my vendor stripe account settings in the connect tab the site is listed there as connected with read/write access, but the button on my site still says not connected.

    I have just tested a live transaction of £0.50 to see if it worked and it did not transfer to the vendor. Happy to send over login details if you’d like to investigate.

    Sure, send em over, I’ll check em out! PS — The “set as private reply” will allow me to see it. But it will also allow Milly to see it since this is her thread. You might wish to start a new one and re-type the issue you’re having to help keep me organized and you secure. 🙂
