NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi,

    We are wanting to offer a discount code to users. But we don’t want the discount to come off the vendor commission. Rather the website owners commission.

    Is this possible.

    Hello,
    Currently, the only coupons or discounts that work properly with vendor commissions calculations are the Vendor coupons (pro dashboard > coupons) built into WC Vendors.
    WooCommerce coupons only calculate properly if used for the admin’s products if you have products listed as the admin.

    Hopefully in the future we’ll be able to add some more coupon options, but that will require a re-write of how commissions is calculated. Although this work (re-write) is planned, we do not have a date set for the work to be completed.

    So if I want site wide coupon I have to create a coupon in each vendor dashboard?

    I saw on old threads that the coupon system did in fact used to work whereby the coupon was taken off the site owners commission. I don’t know why this got taken off the website? Surely that is a very common thing people want?

    Is there going to be anyway in the future to allow these coupons site wide? Without having to manually create the in vendor dashboards.

    I’ve just logged into a vendor account and cant seam to see any options to take the discount off the website owners commission?

    Any update on this.

    Just to be clear, there is no option to only take coupon discount from website owners commision?
