NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hello, created coupons applied in cart and checkout completed, however vendor new order email not showing the discounts – showing original product price.

    Hello, I said earlier that coupon discounts are not showing in vendor new order email. Also the free shipping added to coupon does not work. Can i get an advice here? Best regards.

    Jamie is looking into the issue with the discounts showing in the emails; so far he has not been able to replicate this whcih makes it difficult to debug, but he is aware of your issue report.

    For the free shipping- this box just allows free shipping to also be used for the product *if* you have already assigned free shipping to the product. It does not also add free shipping.

    now the entire dashboard is gone – 404 page

    Coupon issues still persists.

    New bug that showed error within dashboard then redirected dashboard page to 404 page is now sorted.

    I’ll be waiting for the coupon discounts showing in vendor email notification.

    Hi Anna, thanks to you and Jamie for sorting the variable shipping costs to the vendors.
    Please can you advise any update on the coupon issue; the discounts applied do not show in the vendors notification nor orders.

    Are these coupons being applied to variable products or simple products?
    I need to know if this is happening for all products or just variable products in the emails.
