NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi,

    I’ve 404 errors with the coupon management when I click the “Add coupon” button. I tried to re-save my permalinks and reset the user role withou success.

    The coupon link does not display in the Menu Dashboard.

    Any idea ?

    Marc,
    1. Please ensure that you have nto disabled the Coupon Management in the pro settings: wp admin > woocommerce > WC Vendors > Pro: Coupon Management

    If that is not it, try disabling your translating plugins to see if they are affecting the dashboard.

    1. Coupon Management is enabled
    2. Disabled my translating plugins (WP Globus + LocoTranslate) : no changes

    Ok- now I am not quite sure where to go next.
    The Coupons tab / menu item is not showing at all in the dashboard?
    I tried to create a vendor account to see, but you have a lock/password protection on your site, so I could not login as my vendor.

    Have you deactivated all except WC, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro? Just to rule out any plugin conflicts… and also , since I know you have done a lot of modifications to your templates and added a lot of functions to your functions.oho— could you try quickly switching over to the standard non-modified storefront parent theme to see if anything you have done with the templates or the functions.php has perhaps caused this to occur?

    this will help with trying to isolate this issue..

    Hi Anna,

    Yes I have activated theme storefront “standard”, deactivated the WP Globus Plugins + and all others.. without success.

    Marc,
    Something in your install or db is causing this.
    For a proper testing environment, you will need to get rid of all of that stuff that is still in your db.

    I use it on a daily basis. Recommended!!!

    I’ll install serverpress, but is there a specific tool to use as I do not know this product ?
    The dev site looks strange because of the WP Globus Strings.

    Damn ! I could make it work !
    Cannot work if I disable Woocommerce coupons !
    Go to: WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout to enable coupons

    Another question about coupons.
    Can a vendor print coupons?
    Can a vendor send an email to customer with coupon data ?
    Can the admin manage vendors coupons ?

    You’ve got a small “bug” in the PRO dashboard.
    If woocommerce coupons is disabled and you keep WC Vendors Coupons management activated, the “Add Coupon” button appears, but the tab “Coupons” is hidden. 😉

    Yes- I am sure they could. We do not have anything built-in to do this, but you can custom provide something for your vendors or encourage them to keep in touch with customers and send coupon codes.
    Since the coupons are created with a name or code, this could be done by the vendors.

    Not without logging in as the vendor and going to their dashboard. Essentially, no.

    No bug- that’s how it is built.
    But—- you and I BOTH just learned this. If I had known this, it would have been much easier to help me help you figure out why your coupon link was not showing in your pro dashboard. I did not know this until just now, and did not think of looking into that the other day when I spent about 1/2 hour on your site trying to figure out why it was not working.. DUH!!! 😛
    Well, now we know.

    Also, now you can set up a local site with DesktopServer and test, test and break sites and make new ones. 😉
