NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi I was wondering if you know of any multi vendor plugins that allow the customers to leave a tip/gratuity per vendor order. Thanks

    Hmm. I’d assume you’d want the tip to be specific to the vendor and not a “Checkout Page” tip, otherwise there’d be no way to figure out who gets paid.

    http://www.woothemes.com/products/product-add-ons/ is a start, but that might get confusing for vendors to add to each of their products.

    http://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-custom-fields-product-addons/11332742 might help, not really sure, though.

    http://www.remicorson.com/mastering-woocommerce-products-custom-fields/ is a good one if you want to write it youself…… And then hook into the price and add the gratuity to the price for the checkout page.

    That’s about all I could find!

    Thanks for the great suggestion Ben, I think I may play around with “product addons and see how I can make it work. On a different subject: I was wondering if you guys had considered enabling Wc-vendors adaptive payments flow to allow for more then 2 payment splits? – like allowing the maximum 6 I think is the max?

    If you mean splitting commission to multiple vendors for one product — No, that would be a bit of crazy work. 😉

    Multiple admins! That’s a new one. Havent heard of that concept before…….. Same answer, though! 🙂

    Sorry I should have said “receivers” – Currently Wc Vendors splits payments between “primary receiver” and “secondary receiver’ only and adaptive payments allows upto 6 receivers.

    For example adding a “third receiver”, could be used to make payments to delivery person.

    Adding a forth “receiver” could be useful to split profits with a store partner.

    That’s something for the future to think about, most likely towards the end of this year. Gotta get Pro out first!

    I would most definitely buy your “Pro” version if it included these features. I hope you consider their inclusion, along with the ability to add gratuity on a per Vendor basis, hehe! : )
