    Hi,

I’ve read a few post but not sure what’s correct.

I would like to add some extra fields on the page titled Vendor Application (/dashboard/?terms=1) but not sure if this is a WC Vendors thing, if so how do I do this?

Or should I be looking for a custom registration plugin? For woocommerce?

    Thanks in advance.

Hi Tricia – are these extra fields in the application form for a vendor or once a vendor has actually joined?

    It’s the application.

So the page after first registration page where you tick apply to become a vendor and hit register.

The url is /dashboard/?terms=1 page title Vendor Application. Once you hit the Apply to be a Vendor button at the bottom of the form it submits to wordpress and a Pending Vendor for approval by admin.

I’m not sure if this form is a WC Vendor because it’s part of the dashboard, WooCommerce because it’s selling or even just WordPress because it’s a user account! And how to customise. I want to add fields like type of product, are they produced by you, tick the categories to sell in that kind of thing to get a better idea of what the vendor will be selling before they are approved.

    Hi Tricia,

When a vendor registers on the Pro Dashboard page (/dashboard/) that is WC Vendors. When a customer registers on /my-account/ that is WooCommerce. Otherwise, it’s WordPress or something else. 🙂 Confusing it can be, indeed!

You can add extra fields to your vendor application page by WCVendors.com > KnowledgeBase > Custom fields to settings or product pages, and then add them to the vendor application template.
