Hi there,
I have been setting up the free version of the plugin and would like to customize the email that is initially sent to the user when they apply to be a vendor and when their account is approved.
“Hi there. This is a notification about a vendor application on Visualizz.
Application status: approved
Applicant username: jcoleman!Is there a way that the above email can be customized? I have looked in woocommerce emails and within the wc-vendors folder on the server and cant find them anywhere.

Please can you send a screenshot of where this can be found.
Just to be 100% on the same page, I am talking about the email that is sent to the user when applying to be a vendor.
A typical scenario…
1. A user is on my site.
2. User clicks register for my site with the “Apply to become a vendor?” Checked.
3. The user receives an email. (This is the fist email I am speaking about)
4. Admin goes into Pending Vendor then approves their account, triggering the approval email which is sent to the vendor (This is the second email I am speaking about).Both the emails referenced above are for the user, not for the admin.

JourdainThe “Notify Vendors” email is for new order, is that correct?
It appears that the 2 emails I have listed above cannot be changed. At least not in the area that you have described.
Correct me if I am wrong.
The Notify Vendors email is for when a customer places an order, this is the email that sends to tell the vendor they have sold something on your site.
It sure can be edited on that page, look at the buttons below all the text that talks about copying the file for editing etc… 😉

It’s not the “new order” vendor email that I am trying to customize.
It’s the email sent to the pending vendor when they apply and the Vendor approval email after the Pending vendor has been approved by the admin. Is this possible?
I’m familiar with Woocommerce and overriding email templates. I just can’t see the 2 emails referenced above (screenshots).

The vendor application email.. you are trying to access that?
Wp admin > woocommerce > settings > emails
