    Hi,

I’ve just realized that my Pro Dashboard isn’t displaying the Sales report and Orders tables that it is supposed to.

All I see is Add Product and Add Coupon. When I inspect element, I see an error. Perhaps that’s the cause? Screenshots attached.

Opened up dashboard.php and found line 45 that was apparently causing issues.

It’s apparently trying to pull data from WooCommerce Product Vendors, which I thought I had completely deleted before installing WC Vendors.

    Should I delete this line?

    Hello,
Looks like maybe you are running the wrong dashboard page? You are using the dashboard page from the WooCommerce Product Vendors.

Hmm. My pages settings are normal. Do you want to take a look?

That error report seems to indicate that you’ve made some customization.. and there are still some files left from the old WooCommerce product vendors dashboard page.
DO you recall making some changes? Have you altered the dashboard pages for WC Vendors Pro at all?

I actually do remember I hired a freelancer to do some work. He edited a page for WC Product Vendors. Everything involving WC Vendors is completely stock.

Should I go and try to delete these files that are still left?

    @jkanaan

Yes- but BACKUP YOUR SITE FIRST.
Are you still in development? Or is this a live site with live vendors and orders happening?
If you are not too far along in development, you can also completely reset. I know this would involve having to restart with everything , though, so not the ideal solution.
there are still some clingons form that development he did, and/or WooCommerce product Vendors, and it is interfering with your dashboard pages. Your dashboard pages do look different… our standard pages with Storefront theme you can see here on our dev site: dev.wcvendors.com and you can see that your pages look different.
If you know the specific alterations the dev mad,e then you can go through and remove them. However, I do not know why it is interfering with WC Vendors Pro dashboard pages… they must be using the same classes or something.

Or- look through your database and drop any old WooCommerce Product Vendors tables that may be lingering.

Oh, I’ll just delete the tables then.

My site is full of my own CSS. No real template changes. All cosmetic.

Could I use these php files and overwrite any modified pages?

Yeah- if the dev directly modified the pages instead of using hooks or filters, then that should work.
PLEASE backup anything you do not want messed up, though. Keep your css and other work so if you nuke your site, you do not lose everything. 😉

Hah. Fixed it. He had conveniently saved all the modifications in a single folder. Saved it to desktop, deleted, refreshed site, and everything is back to normal.

Very odd that it conflicted so much with WC Vendors.

They may use the same hook, page or class that we use in WC Vendors.
I am glad it is resolved now! 🙂
