NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi All,

    I’m currently experiencing an issue where the vendor dashboard does not display correctly, cuts off after the add product button [Please see image attached].

    I have been experiencing this issue since uploading the site, however the issue does not present itself on my local version.

    Any ideas what I should be looking for to try and resolve this issue?

    I have just been through my CSS files and tried deleting the alterations made since upload, also tried removing all overides I made to template files, and still nothing.

    I’m at a complete loss with this one.

    Hi Liam,

    One quick thing to do is switch to the Storefront theme (free) and test. If it works, it’s something in your themes code somewhere.

    If that does not fix it, run through and disable all plugins except WC Vendors Free, Pro and WooCommerce and test. If it works, some other plugin is causing the issue.
