    Hi Guys
I want to give vendors the possibility to delete their orders. My site is mainly based on subscription and not on commision.I can calculate the commision based on cash-in , is the same percent for all vendors.
If it is not possible , then to put a “Delete” button that hides orders from them , but doesnt delete the order from the system.
    Thanks

You could just edit the orders template that comes with WC Vendors and hide all the order details. See the KnowledgeBase article on how to edit templates, and the Pro Setup Guide in there tells you the names and what each template does.

    Hi Ben ,
The idea is that the vendor is able to see the order and he can delete the order , when he wants.
Kind of a new option in the area with “notes , mark as shipped” showed in right side of order in pannel.
    Thanks

Side note: I’d probably call the “Delete” button “Archive” instead. Delete makes it sound like it goes away forever, Archive sounds like when you archive an email. Still there, just out of sight. Your site though, so whatever works for you. 🙂

I’ll think out loud for a moment. We would not be interested in doing this for you, however if you can find a programmer, or yourself to do it, this is what I would do.

    – Add a meta key to orders called “archived” and assign it yes or no. Yes means it’s hidden, no means its visible.

    – Edit the Vendor Dashboard templates, or write your own orders function, that does not show the order if the meta key archived = yes, otherwise show order.

    – Add a button that would update the post_meta for the meta key “archived” with a value of “yes” when clicked, and show it next to each order.

It can certainly be done, just would take a half day of custom coding for you or a PHP guru to get it all working and tested properly.
