NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.Β  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Guys, I waited for 1 month πŸ™‚ rather than updated an updated update manually- not your fall, know, but now when I believed that everything is sort it out, I can’t even delete my old licence and activate the new one- it’s not possible to click on Delete button. Please, do something

    Hi Monika,

    You can reset your activation at http://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/ — the same link that is on the license page inside of the plugin that says “If you need to reset it, click here”.

    As I wrote- it’s not possible to click on Delete button-
    on the page https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/ I can’t click on the green Delete button. I can give you my login details, if you don’t believe me πŸ˜‰

    Weird! We use a plugin called “User Switching” that will log us in as anyone on the site. I switched to you, went to /my-account/ and clicked the green delete button. You should be all set! What web browser and operating system are you using? I wonder if it’s a bug in the WooCommerce API Manager that is not showing the button correctly.

    That can be the problem- I was on my old computer with Windows XP and Chrome (46 to be precise)
