Hi, I have a few functionality questions which I couldn’t find the answer to in the documentation or by searching the forum. Thank you in advance:

    1. When I delete products from my website because they are sold out, they then stop appearing in the reports section of WC vendors as well as the vendors order history (even if the orders were prior to the product being deleted). Is there any way around this, or does deleting the product remove it entirely from all sections of the website?

    2. Is there the ability for the vendors to export orders in WC vendors? I can’t seem to find this anywhere.

    Thank you
    Ashley

    Hello,
    1. If you cmopletely delete a product, then it is no longer accessible in the db and so all of the informaiton such as name and image may not be available any longer, no.
    2. If you are using WC Vendors free, then the info can be exported by going to the vendor dashboard, and in the Sales Report section… click on the product. You can then see an export option.
There is a more detailed per “order” CSV export option for orders in WC Vendors Pro.

Hi Ana, thank you, this may be a really silly question, but what do people do if they want to keep the product in the DB but don’t want it published or as a draft?
